Effective June 3, 2023, we are converting to a Cashless Payment System for member related transactions such as lunch, dinner, and bar beverage purchases; membership services; etc. that are not paid at the Lodge office reception window during business hours (Mon-Fri: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm). Cash and personal check purchases will only be allowed at the Lodge office reception window. Purchases not made at the Lodge office will need to be made with a cashless form of payment such as a debit card, major credit card, or an Elks Lodge #1285 Cash Card.
The Elks Lodge #1285 Cash Card is a pre-paid gift card that a member can only purchase from the Lodge Office during business hours (Mon-Fri: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm). This will be your personal card for your continued use at our Lodge if you choose.
You can fund your Elks Lodge #1285 Cash Card at the Lodge Office or you can fund and manage your card online below. You will be able maintain a minimum balance of $5 up to a maximum of $500 on your Elks Lodge #1285 Cash Card. If you manage your card online you will be able to 1) add funds to your card; 2) check your card balance; and 3) check your transaction activity. You will need your cash card 16-digit account # which is located on the backside of the card towards the top.
